Klarna Payment

When you choose to pay by invoice, the goods can only be sent to your registered address. Read more about the service at Klarna or contact Klarna's customer service on 08 - 120 120 10. Depending on which payment method you choose, different fees may apply.

Order confirmation

We will email you an order confirmation after your order. Check that the confirmation matches your wishes. If you want to change something in your order, you must do so as soon as possible after your purchase. You can contact us here. If you can't find your order confirmation, it might be good to look in the spam folder in your email.

When we have submitted your package to PostNord, you will receive your package number via email so that you can track the package's route to your home. When the package is on its way to you, you will receive information about it in an SMS. Then your order is delivered with PostNord. If it does not fit in the mailbox, you will receive an SMS with the package number and information about when your package is ready to be picked up.
