You always have a 14-day right of withdrawal, counted from the day you receive your item. The right of withdrawal does not apply to panties or opened packages of socks or other packaged goods.
We include a return label that you can attach to your package. Drop off the package at your nearest post office. La Leia charges a return handling fee of 49 SEK (this does not apply to exchanges). Please use the original packaging or another package approved by PostNord. Remember that you are responsible for the goods until we receive them.
Once we have received your return and confirmed that the item is in new, unused condition, we will cancel your order for the returned item. If you paid by card, the corresponding amount will be refunded to your bank account. If you chose to pay by invoice, the item’s amount will be credited, and if you paid with a gift card, the amount will be refunded to your gift card. For returns of gift-wrapped items, only the product price will be refunded, not the gift-wrapping fee. Any shipping costs will not be refunded. We will contact you via email once your return has been processed.

We send an order confirmation to your email address after you place your order. Please check that the confirmation matches your order details. If you need to make any changes, feel free to contact us as soon as possible at contact@laleia.se. If you can't find your order confirmation, please check your spam folder.
Once your package has left our warehouse and been shipped with PostNord, you’ll receive a tracking number via email, SMS, or the PostNord app.
You can use this number to track your package.If the package doesn’t fit in your mailbox, you’ll receive an SMS with a package number and pickup instructions. If you have a tracking ID (package number), you can easily check your package’s location on PostNord’s website. If you paid with Klarna Checkout, your order is also automatically saved in your Klarna account.

No, each brand has its own size guide. Visit the product page for the brand you’re interested in and find the size guide under "Size Guide" to determine your correct size. For brands like Wacoal, Elomi, Freya, and Fantasie, we always recommend going up one cup size for the best fit.
Products with a 1-3 business day delivery time are in our warehouse and shipped directly from us, meaning they typically reach you within 1-3 business days. Those with a 7-10 business day delivery time are items we receive from our supplier. For the Aubade brand, the delivery time is 2-4 weeks.

In some cases, your order may be split and delivered in multiple packages. This is because we want to ensure you receive your items as quickly as possible. Due to varying stock levels for different brands, some products may be shipped separately if they are not available in our warehouse at the same time. For example, if you order items from Wacoal and Aubade, Wacoal will be shipped within 7-10 business days, while Aubade has a delivery time of 2-4 weeks.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for panties or opened packages due to hygiene reasons.

Delivery time depends on the brand you ordered. For all brands except Aubade, the delivery time is 7-10 business days. Aubade has a delivery time of 2-4 weeks. Once the item arrives at our warehouse from the supplier, it takes 1-3 business days to be delivered to you. We always strive to deliver as quickly as possible so you can receive your favorites soon! You can check the estimated delivery time for each product on its page, where it states either “1-3 business days”, “7-10 business days” or “Preorder 2-4 weeks”.
Goods are usually shipped from our warehouse within 7-10 business days, but many are shipped within a couple of business days. If we have the product in stock, it will be shipped within 1-3 business days. Aubade has a delivery time of 2-4 weeks. If any of your items are delayed, we will of course inform you so that you know when your new favorite pieces are on their way to you.
For changes or questions regarding your invoice, log in to My Klarna – this is the easiest way to manage your invoice. If you have any questions or need assistance, you are of course welcome to contact us, and if we are unable to answer your question, we will refer you to Klarna for further assistance.
If you return an item after the 14-day return period, the amount will be refunded in the form of a gift card.
It’s unfortunate that your favorite item is out of stock! This may mean that it is out of production and currently unavailable in our warehouse. You can keep an eye out for a restock or contact us via our contact page, and we’ll gladly check if our supplier has it available.

Yes, we offer international shipping! The cost is 79 SEK within the EU and 159 SEK for countries outside the EU. Please note that return shipping for international orders costs 149 SEK, and returns are not available for panties.

Unfortunately, we cannot validate gift cards from the previous store, so they can not be used in our online shop. Since we are a new company and cannot link the old gift cards to our system, there is no way to verify their authenticity.
